Our Fanuc ROBOCUT Alpha - C400ic wire EDM provides incredible accuracy and superior surface finish on demanding complex work piece . Maximum machining stock of 400 * 300 * 255 mm up to 500kg with Pitch Accuracy 2-5 μm and Roundness Less than 1.8 μm with Ra 0.28 μm . We have also Electro-EDM & EDM-Drill to manufacture precise gauges and work piece.

We have vertical mounted double walled Vaccum Furnace , which have actual hot zone 16 In Dia * 23.5 In H of design temperature 1200° C with ±5° C uniformity. It has modern Siemens make Scada controller provides different validated standard cycles with complete automation, Which can give us capability to heat-treat different materials like Stainless steel 400 series , 15-5 Ph , 17-4 Ph & 300 series

They are offered in ten different diameter sizes to cover the majority of torque requirements and are available in a variety of End Coupling configurations.

Ready Flex With Casing

Ready-Flex® Flexible Shafts with Casing are used for many types of applications. Their protective casing holds the grease in the assembly and keeps dirt and dust away from the rotating shaft.


Ready-Flex Without Casing

These shafts are used for short distances in short duty cycle applications. They are designed for control type applications for transferring slow motion from one point to another.

Gear Boxes

S.S. White manufactures five different types of gear boxes: Straight-thru, 90 Degree, Off-Set, Single-Output, and Dual-Output. All are made with aluminum alloy housing.


Flexible Shaft Casing Á Fittings

S.S. White Ready-Flex with Casing come in two types of assemblies - Oilite Bearings Assemblies and Ball Bearings Assemblies. Both Oilite and Ball Bearings Assemblies are available in ten (10) different diameter sizes: .130, .150, .187, .250, .312, .375, .500, .625, .750, and 1.000. Casing is usually necessary for shaft lengths that exceed 8 inches.

For shaft applications that do not require casing, use the chart below to choose your fitting(s). Fittings are available in seven mating sizes (A through G) for each size shaft up to .500 inches in diameter. Panel mount fittings (H & I) are available for some sizes.

  • S.S. White not only fanatically adheres to the highest quality standards but routinely exceeds them. Our President takes special interest in the running of the quality lab since he himself started as an Inspector at S.S. White. Our Quality Department is staffed with several supervising quality engineers and many experienced inspectors who are trained to accept nothing less than perfect parts. Our Director of Quality runs it with a competitive zeal and a mind always toward the metrics. Why wouldn't he?

  • S.S. White's mature quality system has reached many milestones over the years. In 1997, we first achieved ISO9001 which is currently certified to the 2015 revision. We hold certification through Perry Johnson Registrars for AS9100 Revision D.

  • We do all this with a company-wide quality system that combines the requirements of all these standards. Nearly all of our quality documentation is computerized through our document management system (DMS). Our system is also email driven; if a change is made, a non-conformance found, or if any gauge falls out of calibration-interested parties know immediately.

  • Further, our system works because of training. We spend countless hours training and re-training our employees not only to understand our quality system, but to be unmatched in their knowledge of our products. For example, engineers spend weeks on the shop floor learning how to make our products before they will spend a minute engineering.

  • Our suppliers play a huge role in our quality efforts. We strive for flawless communication of requirements through accurate prints, purchase orders, timely feedback through non-conformance reports and scorecards, as well as our Supplier Quality Requirements Manual.
